JOIN OUR POLAR PLUNGE TEAM!!!

We'll be jumping into frozen Lake Calhoun for the 8th year in a row on Saturday March 3rd to help raise funds & awareness for the Special Olympics!

Help us raise $30,000!!

We welcome our AMAZING partners: K102, The Rowdy Cowboy Show, Budweiser, Everything Promotions.

Shuttles will be running back & forth from Cowboy Slims Uptown plunge day starting at 10am, so stop by to get some brunch & a little liquid courage beforehand because we'll be throwing a party! (And we promise you won't want to miss it!!)

We open at 9am! So if you are running the 5k-- stop by after to join the festivities and enjoy some breakfast.
