The Outreach Program helps more pets stay in forever homes with their families.

The PSPCA brings their mission to life through the lifesaving efforts of their humane law enforcement team, in-house shelter hospital, low-cost veterinary services, behavior and enrichment program, humane education, and placement of abandoned animals in loving forever homes. These programs embody a no-kill philosophy as they do not euthanize for time or space and have maintained a 97% live-release rate.
