Austin-based Brennen Leigh and Noel McKay serve up a delicious mix of retro country and “the kind of charm that can’t be forced” (The Austin Chronicle). Both critically-acclaimed songwriters and musicians in their own right, the duo crafts story-songs that are “hilarious, sentimental and profound” (CMA Close Up). Leigh and McKay, who have been championed by country greats like Tommy Hancock and Lee Ann Womack, return to The Wardrobe Theatre for a night of “dusty barroom shuffles, sassy two-steps and ethereal country-folk” (Chicago Tribune).
