Private Chalice Club Member Party on the mezzanine from 2-4 PM. This time we've decided to do something new to get everyone a little more involved and feel more a part of the Outlaw Family. At 3 PM Jason- our head brewer- will conduct a group discussion where everyone can collaborate and design a recipe for a "Chalice Club Member beer" brewed just for you guys! We'll start by discussing and voting on a specific style of beer and build it up from there. We'll talk about yeast, malt, and hops and their roles in defining the color, body and taste of a beer. Ultimately the idea is to brew a collaboration beer that you all will get to design, name and enjoy. We'll also have plenty of grub available for snacking. It's going to be so much fun!
