Cornhole Tournament presented by Oskar Blues/ v Boulevard Burger and Brew
Come join us March 31st for a day full of cornhole and beer! Oskar Blues Brewery and Cigar City Brewing have teamed up with Boulevard Burger and Brew to present the 2nd Annual Boulevard Cornhole Tournament.
Cornhole tournament registration starts March 19th and will end on March 30th. Please register your 2 person team with Jason or Lenita at Boulevard Burger and Brew. Entry fee is $20/team and will be collected when you register your team. A portion of the entry fee will go to benefit a local charity . The Tournament will begin at noon on March 31st and will be a double elimination tournament. Prizes will be awarded to the top 2 teams and other great prizes will be given out throughout the day.
Also we will be offering an AIR MAIL contest throughout the day. Each tournament participant will receive a free raffle ticket at the beginning of the tournament and additional tickets can be purchased for $5. Every 15 minutes we will call out a ticket and that person will get one chance to get the bag in the hole. Sounds easy enough, right? So what's the catch? The cornhole board is a 16in x 16in cornhole board with a 6 inch hole that will be placed 25 feet from the throwing area! Half of the entry fees and any additional tickets purchased will make up the pot and the first person to sink a bag will win the pot!
What is a cornhole tournament without beer? While teams are dueling it out in the parking lot, Oskar Blues and Cigar City will be dueling it out on the tap lines. We will be featuring 5 different battles between the 2 amazing breweries for your enjoyment. These 5 Battle Flights will be available while supplies last. Vote for your favorite beer and we will award the beer with the most votes the Golden Tap Handle at the end of the event!
