Easter Brunch Buffet v The Millworks
Come join us for a special Easter Brunch Buffet on Sunday, April 1st!
Our chefs have created an exciting buffet spread & à la carte menu which will include:
- Cast iron baked farm fresh seasonal vegetable frittata
- Skillet monkey bread with vanilla bean icing and candied walnuts
- Wood oven pulled pork hash with roasted poblano cream sauce, house fermented green chile sriracha, over easy farm eggs
- Vegetarian wood oven hash with roasted poblano cream sauce, house fermented green chile sriracha, over easy farm eggs
- Carved to order 16-hour smoked brisket or house-made pit ham
- Deviled farm eggs with shaved chorizo and pickled mustard seeds
- Three stars all natural yogurt and granola
- Local mesclun mixed greens salad with our homemade white balsamic vinaigrette
- Crispy fried potatoes
- House-made thick cut cherry wood smoked bacon
- House-made wood grilled breakfast sausage
- Apple cobbler pancakes, whipped cream, streusel crumble, spiced cider syrup
- Seasonal Fruit
- Honey whole wheat toast
- Buttermilk Biscuits
- Homemade preserves
Cost for buffet is $35 per person. Children 3 to 12 years $1.50 per year. Kids 2 years and under eat for free.
