Flint Moore are definitely going places. Winners of last year's Cambridge Band Competition, they blow us away every time they play here, and are building up a real following. Apart from being a bunch of very lovely and highly professional musicians, their sound is - frankly - epic. They describe it as made up of many different influences, from Mumford and Sons, Queens of the Stone Age, Imogen Heap, Tool, Radiohead, Florence and the Machine, the Gorillaz, and something else that's pop too.
