Fright night v Plug
Following the packed house for our birthday, we return our old haunt - Plug. Our nights are now an unashamed celebration of our history and what made the Northern scene great, along with other giants like Dizstruxshon and Club Kinetic. The two major events for us were always the birthday and halloween, so in preparation for the latter we present “Fright Night”
Brisk
Kicking off the artist roster, we are proud to welcome back one the the UK’s greatest hardcore Djs ever, Kinetic resident, creator of Next Generation Records, Blatant Beats, and dabbles in hard house, we are privileged to have the legendary DJ Brisk. Now living in Australia, and only visiting the UK once a year, we are one of the privileged few events to have him appear. A firm Uprising favourite back in the day, and a truly worthy guest for Fright Night.
Noya
Now tipping our hat to the mighty Dizstruxshon, we welcome arguably the most influential DJ in the area - Noya. Playing trance long before M-Zone, Topgroove, and others, his debut set is considered one of our top 10 best ever and was enough to earn a place on our very first 4-pack. Revisiting that very sound, we are honoured to welcome him back to the decks
Vinyl Junkie
With a history spanning back to the late 80’s, his first appearance for us was back in 1996, with many more afterwards. By fusing happy hardcore with jungle influences, it set him aside from the raft of happy hardcore DJs of the time. Staying with our record of tracking down the hard to book artists, we welcome back Bristol’s finest
Mark EG & M-Zone B2B
Yep. Thats right. The two biggest names in trance in the area, the people that arguably established it across the hardcore scene and beyond, they are playing an exclusive B2B set that will twist your noodle. WE don’t have to say any more - you KNOW it will be awesome.

Another B2B? Yep. Paying homage to the legendary Adelphi gabber sets of 97/98, bringing out the Deathchants, Haberdasher, Mokum, D-Stry, and other assorted weapons of dance floor devastation, Uprisings hardest residents join forces for an aural assault. Well - it wouldn’t be halloween season without it?
Kenny Sharp
Rounding off the DJ line-up, it wouldn’t be the vibe tribe without the other founding father, “Kennnnnyyyyyyyy Sharp-sharp-sharp”. (You can hear Marcus actually saying it, can’t you?) As always, bringing his unique perspective on quality trance, and exclusively playing for Uprising, this is your only opportunity to hear the legendary sound of Mr Sharp

Like Hendo’s to mushy peas (or like peas to rice), we proudly present the Vibe Tribe MCs; The Godfather that is MC Natz, the mighty JD Walker, exclusive appearance from Marcus, alongside the founders ELL and Beatz, plus Domer and Space.
