You demanded it and we launched an event exclusively for those who wish to enjoy the Holi festival in a sensible, safe & entertaining manner rather than the hooliganism that is now a days attached to it
When : 2nd March, 10am-3pm at Kanchan Kesari Resort, Mahapura Mod, Ajmer Road
Dress Code : Clean White Top in any form for both male & female, for those who don’t come in the dress code, White T-shirts will be on sale @ Rs.250 onwards
Who is Welcome : ONLY Couples (a lady with a gentleman) preferably with kids below 4.5’ height
Who may be Considered : Single Ladies/Girls
Who is not Welcome : Single Male
Warning : Consumption of Alcohol or use of Bhaang before/during event will not be tolerated, forcible evacuation will follow
Permanent Colours will be removed from the site forcibly
You may play colour only with your group or with those who wish to mingle
Rates
Rs.1500 /couple
Rs.1400 /couple, advance booking of min. 3 couples tickets
Rs.1300 /couple, advance booking of min. 5 couples tickets
payable on spot only in cash
Rs.700 for Single lady/girl
Rs.250 for Kidz between 3’ to 4.5’ height
Two Kidz upto 3’ height per couple will be non-chargeable, Rs.250/such extra kid
Thali restaurant Jeeman will remain closed for others & will open only at 4pm for normal dining
Party Description : Desi KhanaPeena, Rain Dance, DJ & Holi Playing & some naught games.
What’s Included : Entry to the Party venue, Organic Colours, Snacks, Soft drinks & Buffet lunch (special menu, served between 2-4pm)
What’s NOT Included : Towel,Soap,Shampoo,Moisturizer or Oil will not be provided by us. Water guns, Pichkaris & Balloons will also be not provided by us.
After Thoughts : Showering rooms of Swimming pool (pool will not be used for the event) may be used after playing Holi. You may continue to stay at resort beyond the Party hours till 11pm. Incase you wish to have dinner, in view of the evening rush please book your dinner in advance at the main reception
Room Stays : You may check into the resort on 1st evening @ Rs.3000/room (max 1 nuclear family), dinner & breakfast may be ordered at extra cost.
Kindly bring in your towels. Please take care that you do not cause damage to the room interiors & drapery with colours, damages will be charged in such cases

Cancellations : If you do so by Feb 28, 90% will be refunded back into your bank account in the second week of March 2018 after deducting 10% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations made after Feb 28,2018
