Join us on Friday, March 9th for the release of OY!

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Stem Ciders, OY is a beautiful dynamically fermented mixed-culture Graf (a combination of wort and unfermented cider), fermented with carefully selected Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces yeast strains. The final result marries the fruity apple cider notes with a solid malt backbone and brett funk. Bottle conditioning completes the beer with a dry and effervescent finish.

We think this beer is insanely cool and are excited to share it with you.
