Heart-based artwork co-created by the Children's Meditation Group.

CMG's guided meditation and co-creative art sessions are designed for 3- 13 year olds, to calm the mind. Together CMG creates a safe and comfortable space, allowing their uniqueness to shine. Group-work allows the children the freedom to relax into free-flow conversation and art.

CMG's aim is for all children to realise how fantastic they are individually, and how much they have to offer to themselves and the world around them. Their imagination and self-guidance system can take them anywhere they want to be.
