Join us for Pints and Poses, now on the first Sunday of every month! $10 gets you a 1 hour all levels Hatha yoga class right in the brewery taught by Shannon McElroy, RYT, and a pint of beer afterwards (or kombucha or cold brew coffee).

Shannon has been a yoga instructor in Charlottesville for over 6 years. She trained at the Charlottesville Yoga School and currently teaches Hatha and Restorative classes at ACAC. She also happens to be our brewer Kevin's wife!
