Who would be interested in Royal Ascot this year?
We are thinking about the possibility of organising another trip! that will take place on Tuesday June 19th 2018 There would once again be 2 ticket options which will be as follows:
Option 1 - Queen Ann Enclosure (previously Grandstand)
Grandstand Admission is the premier public enclosure at Royal Ascot and provides excellent facilities with access to the Pre-Parade Ring, Winners’ Enclosure and Parade Ring. Before the racing each day a military band will perform in the Parade Ring.
From the Queen Anne Lawns racegoers will be able to watch Her Majesty The Queen arrive in her Royal Procession and the thrilling racing will begin shortly after. After racing each day, join in with the traditional singing around the Bandstand offering the perfect finish to a day at Royal Ascot.
Option 2 - Windsor Enclousre (previously Silver Ring)
Enjoy close-up views of the Royal Procession as it journeys past the stylish lawns of the Windsor Enclosure. This is the enclosure the horses past first on their way down the home straight when racing begins.
It is here that the roar of the crowd starts in earnest, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
** Arrival at The Hop Pole for a Full English breakfast to be served accompanied by a glass of Fizz, a soft drink/hot drink or a bottled lager. On the coach journey we will provide some light refreshments and nibbles however if you want to bring a little tipple for the journey you would be most welcome.
The Hop will provide a delicious buffet style lunch before you depart for the races accompanied by a few more drinks and a delicious cheese and port selection to finish off your day on arrival back to the coach before we leave!
We cannot stress that this will be booked on a first come first serve basis a £50pp deposit would be taken on booking and full payment would be required by the end of March.
