This is a soul filled vacation where we come together as a group of people from all different walks of life and leave being life long friends. This retreat is for all fitness abilities, no experience necessary!
Features daily live music by Michael Franti, group facilitation by Sara & Michael, all-levels yoga taught by Kate Mak, and fitness sessions with 2BeFit Bali. We will also share in delicious organic meals fresh from the Soulshine Farm, daily outings around the island and lots of fun.
Soulrocker retreats are a mix of mindfulness and going deep through yoga and fitness, adventuring in Bali and taking time out to dance, celebrate life, connect with others and hit the reset button.
