Mellow: Mellow is more than just a beer, it is Northern Michigan brewed a bottle. It embraces the lifestyle of slowing down and focusing on the beauty of this magical place. Brewed with Michigan cherries and hibiscus, this higher gravity ale has the sweet iconic flavors of the North. Mellow is fruit and sweet with a hint of tartness. Each sip of this big and balanced beer with transport you to the wonders of Northern Michigan.
Diabolical: North Peak Diabolical IPA has hops from nose to tail. This IPA is unfiltered and dry-hopped with Michigan grown Chinook and Cascade hops. It has a smooth malt character and citrus pine aroma.
Siren: North Peak Siren amber ale isn’t your beginners amber, it’s much more complex. The hops selected for Siren balance and complement the malt character. It is smoother, well-balanced and has a rich amber hue.
Nomad: Nomad cider is a semi-sweet cider with a fresh picked apple aroma, followed by a bright fresh apple flavor. The crisp carbonation is compliments by a balance of apple sugars and tannins that give it a full, but light and refreshing mouthfeel.
All apples used in Nomad are grown on Old Mission Peninsula in Traverse City Michigan. The apples travel less than 15 miles from the orchard to the cider press. A blend of Cortland, Northern Spy, McIntosh, Baldwin, Greening, Ida Red and Red Delicious are used in creating Nomad Cider.
