The Fairbanks Community Bike Shop Grand Fondo v Springfield Brewing Company
The Community Bike Shop at the Fairbanks needs your help. Come ride the Spring Grand Fondo/Brevet (10 mile, 30 mile, 60 mile, 120 mile options). A $20 (or more, if you are so inclined) donation to the Fairbanks, and/or the donation of a bike that works (or nearly works) for the shop will get you a ticket. Then go ride (self-supported - there's gas stations - you'll be fine) with your friends. Have fun. And when you're done - come back to SBC with your ticket and enjoy some warm food on the landing upstairs (or the patio if it's super nice out), with a free SBC beverage of your choice too. Routes will be posted - but the 120 miler is heading to Cookies in Golden City - so we're all heading generally West North West (until it's time to turn around!) 100% (as in every penny) of the gross proceeds will go to the Fairbanks (80% directly to the Fairbanks, and 20% towards the cost of running/equipping the bike shop for the upcoming season). https://www.fairbanksbikeshop.com/
