Ready to get wild??? This Sunday we are heading to the Blue Hills to get some hill work in. The weather should be a bit warmer and all signs are pointing towards Spring. Let's get ourselves into gear now to focus on strength training this week. Part of the run will be skyline.

Do not focus on speed, focus on your agility and recover post hill climbs.
