Monday nights are Yoga + Beer nights in Portland! On Monday, April 9th, join us for class at Rogue's Eastside Pub with an all-levels yoga class led by Yoga + Beer instructor, Mikki Trowbridge Yoga.

Begin with a 75 minute flow class, and then end your evening with a pint of fresh Rogue beer. Your registration includes practice and your first pint. Dinner is also available for purchase.

Things to know:
- Cost: $20 for Yoga + Beer. $15 for Yoga Only.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.
- Please bring your own mat if you can, although we always have extras to borrow.
