International Women's Collaboration Brew Day v Craft Beer Cartel
Join the ladies of Craft Beer Cartel, Libbie and Christine, as they host a girl-powered collaboration brew day in honor of International Women's Day! It all happens on March 8th from 4 to 8 PM at Craft Beer Cartel. Libbie and Christine will brew “Seeing Stars Knock Out IPA,” a sour saison star fruit shandy + hazy IPA using YCH Pink Boots Hops. Guests will learn and see the brewing process first hand, as well as have a chance to ask questions. Bites from Riverside Market will be available along with select beer options available for sampling. Our team has designed a limited edition t-shirt that will be available in exchange for donation. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Pink Boots Society.
About Pink Boots Society:
Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day was born from our members’ desire to take part in International Women’s Day (IWD) March 8th by raising the profile of women’s roles in the beer industry. Chapters and members of Pink Boots Society get together along with supporting breweries and individuals, put on their pink boots and brew their version of the selected beer style. Pink Boots Society receives proceeds from sales of this collaboration brew, which it applies to educational scholarships for its members.
