Liberty: The Return Of Brunch v Liberty Taproom
Without looking past the next couple exciting Sundays with the Eagles and Dark Beer Day, we are excited to say starting this March the Taproom will be bringing back brunch with some new excellent twists. Brunch will run every Sunday from 11am-4pm and feature $4 mimosas, a FREE mimosa for anyone (21+) who orders a brunch menu item and weekly feature mimosas. Since we consider ourselves a beer bar we will be kicking our first brunch off with a flight of sour ale mimosas which will feature mixes of orange juice and:

On our weekly brunch menu you will find the following options:
Brunch Menu: All brunch items are accompon ed by 1 complimentary mimosa for those 21 and over.
Mimosas-$4 11am-4pm
Sausage Gravy & Biscuit: Buttermilk chive biscuit smothered in country sausage gravy and served with two fried eggs. 9
Buttermilk Scratch Pancakes: your choice of chocolate chip, blueberry or original house made pancakes served with two eggs, homefries and bacon. 12
Egg Sandwich Your Way: Choose either toast or a biscuit then pick a meat and cheese. (bacon, ham, sausage, American, Swiss, cheddar) 10
Breakfast Tots Bowl: Tatertots topped with bacon, scallions, tomato, cheddar and a fried egg. 9
Breakfast Burrito: Scrambled eggs, sausage, salsa, American cheese and sausage gravy in a warm flour tortilla. Served with homefries. 11
