Rolling Rock Fest at the Cell Block is the Biggest Party of the year in Central PA. To be totally understood it has to be experienced. This is an all day event that includes a huge Beer Pong Tournament, Wet T-Shirt Contest, Bands and DJs from 8am when the doors open until closing time at 2am!!! Full cases of Rolling Rock are on sale from open till we run out.
