Scottsdale Culinary Festival - 40th Anniversa v Scottsdale Culinary Festival
Arizona’s tastiest fundraiser, Scottsdale Culinary Festival, is celebrating its 40th anniversary on Saturday, April 14 – Sunday, April 15, 2018. Hosted by the Scottsdale League for the Arts, this year’s celebration will be the biggest and best yet with a robust array of 40 local restaurants and 20 national and local bands across four stages.
Other top highlights include VIP quarters, a teen cooking challenge, chef demos, family zone, Four Peak’s beer garden, Tito’s Handmade Vodka Stardust Lounge and Hensley’s Liquid Arizona – a lounge packed with local beer, wine, spirits and entertainment.
This year’s national headliner will be Everclear, performing live on Saturday, April 14th. Everclear, known for their mega hits “Santa Monica”, “Father of Mine” and “Wonderful”, was formed by Art Alexakis in 1991 in Portland, Oregon.
Eve 6, a 90’s SoCal pop-punk trio, best known for their hit singles “Inside out” and “Leech” will take the stage to open before Everclear. With much success in the late ‘90s and early millennium, Eve 6 ingrained their anthemic radio hits into the fabric of the lives of a whole generation.
Other entertainment highlights for Saturday include: The Black Moods, Wyves, Rock Lobster, The Sink or Swim, Lee Perreira, Whitherward, The Waters and Joel Maze & Kung Fu Grip. For Sunday’s festival, highlights include Phoenix Afrobeat Orchestra. Spark Jack Daddy and Jay Allan & The Uncommon Good.
