Strange Behaviours: Dead or American v Tolbooth Stirling
Emerging from a 9 year hiatus, cult-heroes of the Stirling music community Dead or American return with new material and a new tour, stopping by their old stomping ground for a much anticipated home show.
Active between 2000-2009, the band were torchbearers for Stirling’s DIY scene – starting their own label, recording with producers from the world-wide underground alt-rock circuit (Kurt Ballou of Converge amongst them), collaborating and forming links a network of Scottish bands, and forging tours across the UK and Europe.
After almost a decade in which members went on to form celebrated bands such as Hey Enemy! and OUTBLINKER, the band return with new bassist Jason Costello (Young Philadelphia, Outblinker) and new single ‘Letter To A Ghost’, their first fresh material since the late 00s.
