He sounds more like Bowie than Bowie!" it's often said of "Major Tom" who heads the Bowie tribute band Major Tom & The Moonboys. But Tom Larsen's originals vehicle The Vistanauts reveals a deep and diverse range of musical influences. The Vistanauts' debut album "Apollo Down" ranges from punk to prog with glazes of fusion, rock, and spacey-folk. "I love Bowie obviously," Tom says, "But I've been writing and recording my own stuff for years. The Vistanauts project brings it all together.
