Yoga + Beer Portland | Baerlic Brewing v Baerlic Brewing Co.
Monday nights are Yoga + Beer nights in Portland! This week, join us for detox + retox at Baerlic Brewing Co. with an all-levels yoga class led by our founder and yoga instructor, Mikki Trowbridge Yoga. Our class is held in the brewery amidst the serene environment of skylights and brewing equipment.
After class, yogis are invited to stay and enjoy a VERY delicious beer in the taproom! Your registration includes a 75 minute yoga class and your first beverage.
Things to know:
- Cost: $20 for practice and a pint. $15 for yoga only.
- Limited snacks are available from the taproom - but you are welcome to bring your own post-class food.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.
- Please bring your own mat if you can, although we always have extras to borrow.
