Join Shawna Marie of Zenefit Yoga for an all levels stability practice at Final Gravity Brewing Co.

Stability is a stationary sequence focusing on strengthening, toning, gaining flexibility and range of motion. It is beneficial for all levels, especially those who have had previous injuries or joint and back issues. Modifications/amplifications will be offered.


$13 RSVP with a portion of the proceeds benefiting FETCH a Cure.

***Admission fee will be taken at the door, cash and messenger pay will be accepted. Class starts promptly at 10:00am, thank you for being respectful of your fellow classmates and arriving early!
