Electric Union IPA Special Texas Release v Pinthouse Pizza
We're beyond excited to debut our mind-shattering and palate pleasing Firestone Walker collaboration, our Electric Union IPA, on Saturday, March 3!
This batch of Electric Union IPA was brewed in Paso Robles with our friends Firestone Walker. The name pays homage to both of our flagship IPAs, Electric Jellyfish and Union Jack. This is a new take on the IPA, with plenty of hops and a signature Kölsch yeast. The yeast is one that both of our Brewmasters, Joe Mohrfeld and Matt Brynildson, have a long history with. The result is a delicious IPA, showcasing notes of peach, apricot and grapefruit with a pillowy mouthfeel. It's an easy drinker with a subtle bitter snap at the end.
