Shrista Tyree Presents: #JusticeForQuanice: an All-Ages Hip Hop Benefit Show for Quanice Hayes
Quanice Hayes was a 17 year old child who was denied due process when he was surrounded by 5 Portland police officers and shot execution style while on his hands and knees by officer Andrew Hearst with an AR-15. Officer Hearst despite admitting to never seeing a gun before he shot Quanice 1 time in the head and twice in the chest, will not face criminal charges. The Hayes family has taken matters into their own hands and is preparing to sue the city themselves, setting up a legal support fund and accepting donations from the community in their pursuit of justice. With this benefit show we hope that our contributions will aid the Hayes family in their pursuit of justice for Quanice.
The benefit will feature an all teenage lineup/DJ and closed out by Glenn Waco.
$5 suggested donations will be collected at the door and all proceeds will go to the Hayes family. Please come and support a cause and these young talented artists.
