Parallel Lines Presents 77:78 + Fröst v Oslo Hackney
77:78 will be playing at Oslo Hackney on the 15th October!
A new project from Aaron Fletcher & Tim Parkin, card carrying members of the musical kaleidoscope that is The Bees, they bowled Heavenly over with their recent white-label seven, ‘Love Said (Let’s Go)’, a track Sounds Of The Universe record shop described as a ‘killer infectious soul pop tune’.
The seven sold out in 48 hours off the back of a building buzz and Heavenly quickly signed the band – “We only popped in for a 45 and ended up signing the group,” said Jeff from the label.
Aaron from the band added – “ We’ve been big fans of Heavenly ever since hearing Flowered Up’s “Weekender” as young teenagers…a truly cool label, proper music people. When we were looking for a home for the new project and heard that Jeff was a fan it was a no-brainer , the vibe was totally right.”
